If your company has at least 100 covered personnel we will create custom login screens for use by your company, if requested. By setting up these customized logins, we provide for your use a robust, yet easy to use, real-time system for online reporting and recordkeeping for all your data. How do I access these courses? 24/7 Internet availability is provided by just clicking on a link and entering an Access Code assigned to your company. All you need is an Internet connection using a Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser. No special hardware or software is required.

How do I get training records? A personalized Course Completion Certificate is generated by the system in each of our courses after the person completes the course and passes a quiz. In addition, an emailed certificate can be programmed to automatically send a copy of every Course Completion Certificate from that company to a designated person for centralized recordkeeping. If you have a customized login screen, whether in a shared or separate data space, you have online access to all your training records. In all cases, back-up records are maintained if you need a copy at a later date
